Welcome to the Kootenay Wellness Festival 2025, where we embark on a journey of collective growth, exploration, and connection.

We eagerly anticipate featuring workshop leaders or performers who, like you, share our passion for sharing knowledge and expertise in a hands-on approach. Together, we will craft an experience that leaves a lasting impact on all who participate.

To apply, we kindly ask that you complete the form below in full with as much detail as possible.

Each application will be thoughtfully reviewed by the Executive Director who may reach out for additional information if needed.

Rest assured that all successful applicants will receive a response regarding their application status no later than May 31st 2025.

We encourage you to reflect on how your offerings can contribute to this overarching theme.

Priority will be given to applicants who can provide two offerings and complete the application in full, ensuring a diverse and well-rounded program for our attendees.

-Complimentary entrance to the Opening Friday Night event, Friday 12th September
- Complimentary Full Weekend Festival Pass
- $50 Payment per offering
- 25% discount on a plus-one Guest Pass
- 20% discount on festival meals
- Free weekend parking
- Social media promotion + festival Instagram takeover for a day.

We wish to ensure the festival is a safe space for everyone to feel welcome & held.

To be trauma-informed means creating a safe, supportive space by recognizing the impact of trauma and responding with empathy, care, and awareness.

Please describe your experiences and/or training.

To create accessibility means designing experiences that are inclusive and welcoming to people of all abilities, needs, and learning styles.

Cultural appropriation is using elements of a culture without understanding or respect, while cultural appreciation honors and acknowledges the culture with respect, context, and consent.
