Terms and Conditions *	I accept the terms and conditions.TERMS & CONDITIONS Entry Requirements All attendees must present a valid Photo ID proving name and age for entry. Failure to present a valid ID will result in refusal of entry. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Ticket Cancellations & Transfers Cancellation Policy All ticket sales including packages & meal add-ons are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, events that are terminated early or cancelled due to extreme weather, forest fires, acts of nature, government regulations, or other conditions beyond the control of Kootenay Wellness Festival. Ticket Transfers All tickets purchased are transferable to a new name for the current year's festival. In the event of sudden illness or the death of a family member, tickets (excluding any pre-purchased meal tickets) may be transferred to the following year's festival for the full value of the ticket(s) purchased. Transfers to the following year will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are limited to those directly impacted by these circumstances. Festival Location The Kootenay Wellness Festival is held at Vallican Whole Community Centre – 3762 Little Slocan South Road, Winlaw, BC V0G 2J0, Canada. Gate Entry and Festival Times Festival gates open at 8:00 am and close at 8:00 pm. Entry before 8:00 am is not permitted. No Overnight Camping: Camping or staying on the festival site overnight is strictly prohibited. Ticket Confirmation Please present your electronic confirmation ticket at the Main Gate for entry. Your personal information will be verified at the gate and may only be shared with the gate staff or in case of an emergency. Ticket Purchase Risks Tickets purchased from unauthorized vendors may be invalid at the gate. Always purchase tickets from authorized vendors to avoid issues with entry. Ticket Revocation A festival ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Assumption of Risk You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to attending the Kootenay Wellness Festival, which may include but are not limited to serious sickness, injury, or death. By attending, you agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents, and facility owners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or claims that arise from the use of the ticket or attendance of the event.
